Paint Stripping

We carry out professional coatings removal for residential and commercial properties throughout Auckland, including the careful removal of multiple paint layers from timber and other substrates in preparation for repainting or restoration.

Depending on the surface and coating condition, we use a range of methods including specialised mechanical stripping systems, controlled sanding with dust extraction, and chemical stripping where appropriate. This allows us to safely remove old coatings while minimising damage to the underlying surface.

Older properties may include lead-based paints, which we are experienced in removing using contained systems and appropriate safety procedures to manage dust and contamination.
